Charming and luxurious holiday home of over 60 m² for 2 people. The holiday home is fully equipped, beautifully finished, and furnished with attention to detail.
The holiday home features a spacious living room with a sitting area, dining area, and a trendy wood-burning stove. You’ll also have a fully equipped kitchen with a ceramic hob, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, and oven. There’s also comfortable underfloor heating throughout the ground floor. A 4K Smart TV and super-fast Wi-Fi are also provided. Upstairs, you’ll find a spacious bedroom with a comfortable king-size box-spring bed. Next to it is a modern bathroom with a walk-in rain shower, wall-hung toilet, and modern sink. Meanwhile, the permanent air conditioning keeps the holiday home pleasantly cool in the summer. As a guest, you’ll have access to the entire house. This means you’ll have plenty of privacy, a private entrance with a private terrace, and a large 225m² garden.

Location
The holiday home is situated on the property next to the owners’ home, José and Ron, in the beautiful green countryside surrounding Heythuysen. The towns of Weert and Roermond are nearby. From the holiday home’s private terrace, you can look out over the spacious 225m² garden and the chicken coop with charming ornamental chickens. Beyond that, you’ll find the stable and surrounding fields. A 5-minute walk will also take you into the nearby woods, and a short distance away are several streams where beavers are also found (Neerpeelbeek and Visschensteert).
The immediate area offers wonderful nature walks. The house is also located on a cycling junction route, making it a perfect starting point for any cyclist on a scenic route through Central Limburg. The beautiful Leudal nature reserve, with its stream valleys and the Leumolen windmill, is just around the corner. Along the way, you can enjoy a snack or drink at various restaurants and cafes. De Groote Peel National Park and De Meinweg National Park are within a 15-kilometer radius. Finally, the Designer Outlet Roermond is a 15-minute drive away.
